1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Dr Annalisa Manca, trading as a sole trader under the name Dr Annalisa Manca ("I", "me", "my") via www.neurosomaticreboot.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
2. Products covered
These terms apply to the following digital products:
The Morning Reset — a four-week digital resource including audio practices, video content, and a printable booklet, delivered via the NeuroSomatic Vault on GoHighLevel.
The Safety Signal — a digital ebook available in PDF and ePub format, delivered by download link via email.
These terms will also apply to any future digital products offered by Dr Annalisa Manca unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your payment details.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.
4. Delivery
The Morning Reset: access to the NeuroSomatic Vault will be delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your access email, please check your spam folder and contact me at [email protected] if the issue persists.
The Safety Signal: download links for the PDF and ePub files will be delivered by email immediately upon purchase.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
Digital products — no refund policy
All digital products are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and that delivery begins immediately upon payment.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel is waived once digital content has been delivered, provided you have given your explicit consent to this at the point of purchase via the acknowledgement tick box on the checkout page.

Exceptional circumstances
While I operate a no-refund policy, I will consider requests on a case-by-case basis in genuinely exceptional circumstances. This is at my sole discretion and does not constitute a general right to a refund.
6. Access to the NeuroSomatic Vault
Upon purchasing The Morning Reset, you will receive lifetime access to the NeuroSomatic Vault, the private portal where your content is hosted.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details with others or allow others to access the content using your account.
If you lose access to your account at any time, please contact me at [email protected] and I will restore it.
There are no device limits on your access.
7. Intellectual property
All content within these products, including audio recordings, video recordings, written materials, booklets, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Dr Annalisa Manca and is protected by copyright.
You may use the content for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or use the content commercially in any form without my express written permission.
The Safety Signal ebook is licensed for personal use only. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared in any format.
