This Privacy Policy explains how Dr Annalisa Manca ("I", "me", "my"), trading as a sole trader, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit my websites, subscribe to receive communications, or purchase digital products.
This policy applies to both www.annalisamanca.com and www.neurosomaticreboot.com.

I collect your email address and, where provided, your first name. This is used solely to send you the communications you agreed to receive, which may include access to requested resources, updates about new content or products, guidance on nervous system health and wellbeing, and occasional invitations to events or programmes.
When you make a purchase:
I collect your name, email address, and billing information. Your billing information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by me. I retain your name and email address to deliver your purchase, manage your account access, and communicate with you about your order.
When you access the NeuroSomatic Vault:
I collect login activity data as part of the GoHighLevel platform. This is used solely to manage your account and ensure continued access to your purchased content.
When you visit my websites:
Basic analytics data may be collected automatically, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and device type. This is used to understand how people use my websites and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
I do not collect phone numbers or any personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes described above.
3. Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, I process your data on the following legal bases:
Contract: to fulfil your purchase and deliver the products or services you have paid for.
Legitimate interests: to send you relevant communications related to nervous system health, new products, and content you have expressed interest in.

4. How I use your data
Your data will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically:
Your email address will only be used to send content relevant to what you signed up for or purchased. I will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party platforms only where necessary to deliver my services, including Stripe for payment processing and GoHighLevel for course delivery and email communications. These platforms process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. How long I keep your data
I retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. If you unsubscribe from communications, your email address will be removed from my mailing list within a reasonable timeframe. Purchase records are retained for seven years in accordance with UK tax and accounting requirements.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email. You may also contact me directly at [email protected] to request removal from my mailing list.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect your access to products you have purchased.
